My name is Maria Andreeva and I am a Brighton-based artist with a Bachelor's degree in Illustration from the University of Brighton. 

My passion for art was born out of my childhood adoration for books, where I immersed myself in fantasy worlds filled with magical creatures and enchanting landscapes. With my illustrations today, I strive to capture on paper the inner workings of my mind, bringing to life the whimsical worlds of my imagination. Influenced by my Slavic heritage and multicultural upbringing in Hong Kong, I blend elements of fantasy and reality in my work. My ultimate goal is to inspire viewers to rediscover their Inner Child.
